Exploring the Database
The role of circRNA remains unexplored in its potential pathogenesis in Human Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM). Circular RNAs (circRNAs), a unique class of non-coding RNAs characterized by their covalently closed loop structures, have recently emerged as critical regulators of gene expression, influencing various cellular processes such as transcription, splicing, and translation. K9CircRNA-Heart is a repository for 37,691 differentially expressed circRNAs alongside divergent primers, siRNAs, miRNAs, and novel polypeptides encoded by the dog heart circRNA .
